How do I apply for a property?
Open a listing and choose Apply for this home. You can save an application draft after signing in. Applications are not sent to landlords in this demonstration.
What is a Tenant Passport?
A reusable rental profile that brings identity, income, references, and rental history together. You choose what to share for each application.
How do I report maintenance?
Open Manage → Maintenance and choose Report an issue. Add the property, describe the problem, and select a priority to save your draft.
Can I pay my rent here?
The current build shows payment records and accepts draft records. It does not process payments. A payment provider must be connected before live collections.
Are these real properties and profiles?
No. Listings, profiles, ratings, and portfolio figures are sample data for exploring the application.
Where are my drafts saved?
Signed-in drafts are stored in your account’s database records. Demo data is separate from your private drafts.
